6.5x58 Rimmed Sauer

This case was developed for the Sauer made Drilling and Combination Guns. It is the longest tapered rimmed case. . Currently the ammunition is still loaded in Europe.There is no US company making ammunition nor brass casing.. By American standard the 6.5x5R is less powerful that the 25/35. After WW2 many Drilling and Combination guns were brought home by returning serviceman.

The cartridge has a limited following in the United States but if your fortunate enough to have a Drilling or Combination gun, this is now available from AmmunitionArtifacts
