276 Newton

The 276 Newton does apear in some of Charles Newton’s writing and has developed loading data. We at AmmunitionArtifacts are very fond of our Griffin & Howe 276 Newton. This cartridge hold a shade more powder than the 280 Dubiel and was designed to burn #4350 Powder. This is truly a long range cartridge This case is built on a full length 30 Newton necked to take 175 Gn. bullet .284 diameter.
