9.5x73 m/m Miller & Val Greiss Magnum

Miller & Val Greiss were Gunsmiths in Munich @ the trum of the 20th Century. The firm had there own group of proprietary cartridges bases on the british 404 Jeffery . The 9.5x73 was one of there most popular Chamberings.They used mostly magnum mauser actions to power this” Super Express “cartridge. They also made a variety of single shots and others.

There cartridges were picked up by major German ammunition makers like DWM and RWS.. They were still listed in there Catalog up to WW2.. Miller & Greiss rifles were scarce in the United States But many were popular “ Bring Backs “after the war. Generally they were very ornate in the German style .

Miller & Greiss was famous for the special brand of Bonded Jacketed Bullets.. This was Considered a .375 Caliber.There rifles were used in the African Hunting Trade
