This cartridge was one of the first American big game cartridge. Commerical rifles were manufactured by Newton Arms Company and By Griffin & howe. Western discontinued this in 1936.. AmmunitionArtifacts now has brought this case back to life. With new powders and Bullet design. , the Newton now can meet it’s potential power.
